Damaged Items
We inspect and pack our products carefully to ensure that you receive them in perfect condition.

If you do receive a damaged item please contact us at natural.earth.obsessionproducts@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement.

For damaged products, we may ask you to provide photos of the damage so we can investigate the issue further.
